2. Return Policy:
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of product damage or defects due to shipping errors . We understand that a customer might change their mind or encounter an issue with the product, but we maintain a strict policy to ensure that products meet customer satisfaction at the time of purchase.
3.Eligible Returns:
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective due to packing or shipping errors. The customer must submit photographic evidence showing the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • In case of defects or damages, we will offer either a replacement or store credit after evaluation
Non-Returnable Products:
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Products that have been customized or modified as per the customer’s request (e.g., engraving or personalization) are non-returnable.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products sold at a discounted price (special offers, seasonal sales).

  • If you wish to return an item, the customer must submit a return request via the designated form on our website, including images of the product and packaging condition, along with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Any return requests made after 7 days of receiving the product will not be considered valid and will be rejected.
